that whole medical centre does not ring true either though - I am not being stereotypical but such a lot of doctors surgery in the UK these days would have at least one or more GP of Indian or Black GP .. especially up in Manchester surgery

And they need the obligatory rude old biddie Surgery receptionist that think they know more than the doctors themselves and start diagnosing people in front of a room full of waiting patients ... and the obligatory "I can fit you in for an appointment with the GP for 3 weeks from now" not someone like Liz on the reception desk, another unconvincing role .

That's how he explained it to Steve...but from the last conversation they showed the other night, it seems as if he turned his back on Wendy for some reason. I don't think what he told Steve was the truth
