    Very nice build apart from Mural. Finally not just crazy blowing budgets, i feel that
    not only got a nice build for a good price.

    I imagine they have added more than 180K to the value.

    Kitchen wasn't great for the final cost, but maybe since they were 30k over budget they had to cut back on that?

    Love the dining area and those lights!! Fab
