iphone 7 data not working

Hi folks, Ported 3 numbers to Eir this week from ID - android phone is working fine but no data on the iphone.. is there a 'send settings' to iphone link I can use somewhere? Thanks, Michael

Hi Mick_address,

You may need to manually set the APN settings. Can you click on the below link and select your handset model - Mobile internet- how to set up mobile internet and follow the instructions.

If this doesn't work please let me know.
