Same Day cancellation

Hi, 6 months ago I signed up for 6 months mobile broadband. I only needed it for a fortnight, but it worked out about the same as PAYG. so I set a reminder for 5 months time to call up and cancel. I did so, I was told it was same day cancellation, I was told to call back today, the end of my contract. I did, it was agreed…

Hi,

I then received what hopefully is an automated e-mail saying sorry you are leaving, your account will be cancelled in 30 days....
Please tell me that this is in error and all is cancelled now.
