I've had little or no mobile coverage since snow. Maybe a random 10 minutes per day. Everyone in house now on eir since meteor move. So we are not contactable. I'm waiting in courier today but now don't know if he tried to ring me as no signal.
Finally got through to your chat and rep said problem in the area, will have to wait another 48 hours to see if fixed. He then left chat before I had chance to reply.so I'm paying for a service which doesn't exist as are rest if my family. This is not good enough.

    Hi Phildenny,

I'm sorry to hear about the ongoing issues you are having with your service, I understand this is frustrating.

If you PM me your mobile number, PIN and full name on the account I will have a look into this for you.

    Thanks

    Tracey
