Not great ...that site with outbuildings has so much potential..a missed opportunity I think.
I know budget is a sticking point..
Just mentioned it above, the new build should of been connected to the shed, not the old green cottage. DB made a **** up

Nice that the tax payer pays 40k for it.

    Ah they're a lovely family

Id be closely checking the scalp of that child for digits.

Also, im sick and tired of Dermot's design. Its their money, so fair enough, but its predictable, clinical, cold and externally looks like a new build toilet block in a cemetery.

Yes not enough room to comfortably walk around the bed, her Latin lover would need to be fit :D

Walk in wardrobes en suites and a library and the poor mother doesn't have space to walk past her bed to pull the curtains.

Took her home and made it their own dream house and stuck her in a tiny room..... Wagons

She won't be able to walk between the end of the bed and the wall to get to the window.

You did. Its one of the sisters.

Ive been trying to decide why the sisters annoy me. And its clicked, they both have Maureen O'Hara's golden age of cinema plastic paddy irish-american accent. It clicked when older wan boasted about how many places in the world she's lived by making it all about tiles. Pain in the ****.

It hardly came across as boasting , she was simply saying where she had been in the world , so what ? Lots of Irish people have lived and travelled all over the world ???? A touch of begrudgery?

I'd be more concerned about the steps into the raised area!

I think that's my least favourite ever of his jobs.

I know there was a complicated brief with 3 generations (of frankly quite batty people) to cater for.

Just didn't do it for me at all.

    But wowzers, what a site!

I'd need to watch it again and read the comments re building out and on to the shed - I think I'd probably agree.

I got tired of watching Eastenders due to the fighting and shouting so I gave it up watching it.

Residential emissions north of 25% of total carbon emissions.

You'll be paying the fines for missing the targets as well.

But yeah, that's the spirit, Ted.

Spend 300,000 and give ma a bloody box room...she should have had her own little granny flat built into the build or at least a bigger room with own bathroom.

That's a bit unfair. There's a grant to encourage people to build to a high level of airtightness and insulation. Less cost to heat and less CO2 in the future.

I didn't like the kitchen. It wasn't Ma friendly. Oven not even near the counter and far too clinical.

    Ma's bedroom too small too.
