Hi, My mother got a call to her house phone from someone saying they were from Eir saying that her "interent was unprotected". She was suspicious so she asked for a number to call them back. The number given was 0766803418. Could you confirm if this is a legitimate call and number please.

This is not a phone call made by ourselves or a number we would use.
