No water in Dublin 12

    Water was completely turned off last night in Drimnagh, announcement was that pressure was to be reduced only. Water returned to normal at 7am. Its now 8.15 and still no water. I have been on hold to customer service on 3 occasions for twenty minutes at a time with no answer, does anybody have a clue what's going on.

    I’m in Crumlin and no water here either. Cannot go to work until I can fill up the tank in attic again as not due Home until after 7pm. Any chance of an update letting us know when the water will be back as it’s obviously not 7am.

    I had no water either in Drimnagh over beside the Childrens Hospital.    Checked at 7:45 as I went out the door and the taps were dry.

    The announcement stated that many customers would lose pressure completely. I agree though that it wasn't very clear; no indication of what to expect based on your area. We still had good pressure at midnight last night, but my wife just rang saying it's gone completely. 

    It takes time for the whole system to recharge again after they turns the water back on at 7am. If you've still no water by midday, then I'd be worried.

    There should be no need to hang around at home waiting for your attic tank to refill itself.

    Apologies for the delay in response as we had limited resources as a result of the storm.

    We're very sorry for the inconvenience the water restrictions had on users. The restriction was necessary in order to help replenish reservoir levels and repair any leaks that may have occurred during the storm.
