Cannot buy add-on says insufficient funds but I have credit

    I topped up via my eir web page using my debit card. My account has 38 euro credit. However when I go to buy the 30 euro 50GB data add-on it says I have insufficient funds in my account. Is there an issue with the site?

    Issue solved. It finally allowed me to buy the add-on, mustve been some error with the site not being able to see the credit in my account
