Physio recommendations

Anyone have recommendations for a quality physiotherapist? I'm not having luck with them regarding an ongoing back problem, and am on physio number 3 at the moment. I'm not convinced dry needling or spongy electrical therapy thingy is useful and guys seem to be guessing half the time as to what is the issue. Thanks!

Would really recommend Ian Dowling http://iandowlingphysio.ie/ Really nice guy and knows his stuff. I know a few people who have gone to him and got great results.

I've 2 disks damaged in my lowwr back and 3 in my neck and he is the only one that has been able to help me.
