    Hi,

    Looking at an item on grooves.land
    Has anyone any experience or ever heard of them?
    The trustpilot score isn't too hot..can much weight be put into that?

    Long established German company based out of berlin. Good credit ratings on corporate rating sites - parent company is Ten Dance Media

    Avoid avoid. I bought a Nintendo DS from them,and had to return it. They took about 10 days to ship it.Had to wait SIX WEEKS for refund, they do not have a contact number, and do not reply to emails.

    I got one very rude response back, I would never order from them again.
