Hi I closed my Eir account a few moths ago and have been receiving a bill showing €-28.11 which is in my favour, can you assist me in closing the account fully and refunding the balance?
    Thanks

    Thanks Thomas,

I have chatted with a rep and they are processing the refund cheque.
I'll let you know the outcome, apparently it could be 28 days.

    regards
