The vast majority of people are looking at the dollar equivalent value, not the NANO/BTC rate.

Anyone who looks at it that way shouldn't be trading in these market as they have no clue what they are doing.

    Exactly - they're not trading. They're HODLing.

I mean either or. The point stands regardless of what you are doing including hodling. It is a retarded concept made up to sell newbies on ways to lose incredible amounts of money during crashes. At the moment BTC is moving above $10k and Nano is now 84k. Most people will look at the $ and think oh it is only down x amount over the last few days when the reality is far different. That reality only comes into focus when BTC crashes. You need to look at the Satoshi number full stop.

So what, you knew and forecast this big BTC rebound, yeah?

No, what has that got to do with anything? I haven't got a crystal ball and had no clue what it was going to do. I did the exact same as I am going to do with Nano. Wait for it to show real signs of recovery and take a position. I am still incredibly wary of a BTC correction/crash as there is huge resistance around the 11.5-12k mark.

Seems to be having a positive effect on the price.

No effect on the price at all. Just slightly up, due to bitcoin rising. But the hack and the developers indifference to retrieving the lost funds has signaled its end.
This has had its day and will fall lower down the list from now on

Why should the developers do anything else but be indiferent.

Does the Central Bank help out when a business is stolen from when it's fiat currencies.

Would you expect Bitcoin to care if they happened to steal bitcoin instead of nano.

Sat price is up from 83k --> 91k. Can you explain what that has to do with BTC's price increase other than it increases the sat value.

What price you looking to offload at?

What price you looking to offload at?

    $3

    $3
    Its already way over $3..
He said offload, not what you purchased at??

I have no problem with the price right now (given recent events outside Nano's control) but expect it to be $50+ by year end. Look at the Crypto Cafe thread, look at the times to confirm and costs of the other currencies. This literally is so much better that its hard to visualise. I suspect its faster than Visa Paywave too (was counting how long from holding card to terminal it actually is to complete Auth, its not fast), which none of the rest of the crypto players can claim. And it got the perfect FREE trifecta, both to the consumer, business and environment ffs!

It was a joke. If you have read his previous posts in this forum. He isn't really someone worth engaging with.

I don't believe a lot of whats said about Raiblocks, I suspect its flawed and currently its untested. This coin was less than 23 cent 2 months ago and by the looks of the chart I'd say it has a better chance of returning to that than go to $50

Francesco Firano Interview on the stolen millions

...some piece of work this guy!!
All those who threaten me with death, could they do it neatly under this tweet? It starts to get tiresome looking in all my posts
"We have filed a further complaint about aggravated defamation in the press (as the newspapers all over the world have reported their defamatory statements) against the developers of Nano."
No, it's impossible to refund the stolen amount.

And the Development team have no fault in this?
I think the Devs are actually hiding something, and its more than a coincidence that the hack took place around the time of their software upgrade. Worse still is the Devs cannot even rely on the block explorer. It should have been easy to follow that amount of coins

Yea, Im not taking sides and on record expressing my concerns about the devs and the project as a whole.

One things for sure and that is both sides have left a lot to be desired and utterly unprofessional to date.

    FOMO :pac:

It is gonna take a serious push to get above that level as it looks like a shed load of people are willing to dump the XRB bag at that price point. A 20 BTC buy wall was put up and it was sold into for the lot in minutes.

Why dont you just tweet/email them and get actual data? They aren't some shady weirdos with fake internet handles like many Crypto dev's, they are real people with faces and names. No reason to just randomly post FUD when you can actually dig into it to get facts. If you wanted..

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 7,547 ✭✭✭BrokenArrows

FYI the ticker for NANO has just changed from XRB to NANO.

The point is the facts are being Muddy on both sides,
FUD is not posted it is what people who are kept in the dark about whats going on feel.
If you wanted... you could have researched their Block explorer to see does it really work, why does it have so many anomalies?
Why does the network keep going down. Why can't they do an upgrade without people getting robbed.
Get back to me when those real people have answered your email

This is a beta of a product is the answer to your questions (tho they are mostly thinly veiled accusations not questions).
