Rudest person you know?

Excluding first and foremost people having no manners (e.g not saying thank you, the yes sir/no sir thing, not holding doors open). Maybe rude isn't the word but moreso people with a very 'rude' personality. Asses, psychopaths, sociopaths. People who'd take advantage of anyone aggressively so long as they could get away…
