I had 11 chicken wings last night with chips. That is so not Tuesday night!

Tonight Mrs G had baked cod fillet, boiled potatoes and carrots. A drizzle of sweet chili sauce over the cod. It worked!

Don't know what I fancy. Working late.

No cooking on Friday! A late night Takeaway after a long work day. Beef in hot garlic sauce with fried rice. On my own as all were in bed! Made a lovely Sweet and Sour Chicken - Hong Kong style on Saturday. More rice. Croker for the football. Too much beer on Saturday night!

Woke up on Sunday morning mad for a fry up, so went for it. Sausages, rashers, white pudding, beans and poached eggs. Half a pan of toast. Sunday dinner was Pork steak, roasties, carrots, mushy peas, stuffing and gravy. Awesome.

Tonight, its back to spice. Chinese style curry over noodles. Sippin on a bottle of Heineken.:D

I made feckin great pancakes tonight and never took a photo. Served up before to visitors and after the bangers, beans and mash for the ladies. A variety of toppings from lemon juice to Nutella with butter and sugar for some. I don't even eat pancakes.

I'm flying with chicken wings tonight - some mixed peppers with them.
