Wireshark Content

So I downloaded wireshark recently and I've spent the past two days studying the content I captured. It isn't that easy to analyse the content and I'm guessing I'm going to need some formal education.
Are there courses that could help me understand the content better?

Five seconds on a search engine with the query "packet analysis with wireshark" led me to this.

If you're interested enough to spend money on learning, you could probably do worse than buy a copy of "Practical Packet Analysis" by Chris Sanders.

What do you hope to gleam?

Anything juicy is now over HTTPS/SSL so cannot be read. Its not like the days of Firesheep.
