We live in Ashbourne/Meath and need to get a water softener/ purifier installed. I am looking for suggestions for systems to look at, recommended companies and a rough idea of the cost.

    Thanks so mcuh.

We're now on our second system. The first was a cheaper option installed by a local company and it lasted just over the 5 year guarantee period. At the time it was around €500.
We got a few recommendations and went with EWT based in Blanchardstown for the replacement. They have a timer version for about €650 or a metered version for about €800. We went with the metered version and 3 years after installation still very happy with it.
