    Hi all,

Received a second fixed charge notice for a fine I have already paid. Anybody dealt with this before?

    Thanks

Is it the same offence or the return journey of the 1st offence.?
Check the times of the offence on the letter. People have nipped to town and got caught going both ways plenty of times

If it's the same offence, have you got the receipt?
Did you pay by cash or card?
Showing the receipt at your local Garda station should sort it.

Ring the phone number on the ticket.

The same charge was issued twice. Called them and it was cancelled.
