Lola Pops new Arms are called:

Nunchuks - 'Funchuks'
Guardian Shield - 'Clapback'
The 'Stamp' type arm - 'Biffer' or maybe 'Biffler'

Also, someone noticed during Lola Pop's video that you can actually hit the supporters around the edge. Watch Twintelle's Arm as it rebounds off the shield.

Anyone tried out Lola Pop yet? She's quite different to use, especially with the bouncing guard action. The Biffler is a pretty strong weapon if you're precise, really blocks your view for a few seconds. The Funchuk is great for knocking those floating Twintelle's out of the sky. The Clapback is very good against someone who throw a lot of punches, makes them change tactic when their punches are rebounded against them.

There was a few other smaller updates on the Ver. 3 as well including the target not changing to another opponent if the initial opponent it was targeting is knocked down. Nice little change as it was disorientating for a few seconds to realise it had switched without you changing it.

There's a SplatFest like event happening in ARMS at the minute called Party Crash. A good time to jump back in with the 4.0 update and this event. Some new rulesets and modes like One Hit KO and stuff. This event is between Ribbon Girl and Spring Man.

While Odyssey and Doom has kept most of my Switch time busy lately, can't help but keep dipping back into Arms. Really like the added nuance of Misango's changing attacks/defense, adds a different layer to fight tactics. Looking forward to jumping into the Party Crash.

ARMS has definitely taken a backseat to Mario and Splatoon 2 in my house! Will definitely have to try and change that this weekend!

For Grand Prix LV6 and lower, the computer will now get stronger as you get deeper into the Grand Prix.
