Getting a phone line/broadband

    Hi
    I am in a rural house with no phone line or eircom infrastructure in place.
    What is the process for getting line installed?
    Fibre Broadband has been rolled out to a town a few couple of kilometres away - what are the chances that this could be extended to properties further outside the town or is it restricted to towns/villages only?
