Payment overdue?

Hi guys i was wondering could ye check something , i got a text and email saying i owe 38.54 euro, but i logged into myeir and it says payment made in full, if you could look into this thanks.

Can you just double check if that balance on your "My eir" isn't for the previous bill?

Hello, yes i checked there is nothing from a previous bill and my current bill says paid in full, thanks.
