Bad customer service

    Hi,

    Had an isssue over an instillation.

    Was refused access to speak to a manager. Member of staff was experienced enough to already know what his manager would sat.

    Good to see Eircom are cloning managers and paying the clones less!!

    Result... Issue not sorted... One very unhappy customer
