    Hi All,

Can anyone advise me regarding Eir sub-contractors,
We built a house in a house estate in North Dublin,
we need Eir to connect to house to the mains,
but after being in the eir store we are being told the subcontactors dont seem to want to do the job so they keep putting it off,
    what do we do?
    where do we complain to?
    who do we call?
Eir customer care will not help/nor do they have any information about when our connection will happen,

    Hi Andrew Jennings,

Sorry to hear you have not received an answer in regard to getting your house set up on our network.

If you click on this link it will advise if fibre is available in your area and if it is not what the best service available to you is.

    Grainne
