correct way to make pak3 files

Does anybody out there know how to make a pak3 file after making a custom map with qeradiant..

I've tried but just cant do it with winzip.

As far as i know .pk3 files are renamed .zip's

whatcha gota do is to place the files u want to be in the pack into the proper directorys on the C: drive.
ie. c:\models\players
Now you make a zip file on the c:\ and go add files now switch off compression and make sure you have "save full path info" checked. Then just rename it to pk3 in dos.
