    i have this mobile package:

    eir Mobile Unlimited 15GB + Roaming @ € 55.00 per month inc.

    this months bill has an additonal:
    Summary usage charges
    Amount
    Total mobile charges for 0879802828
    9.89
    Total usage charges
    9.89


    Can you tell me what the extra €9.89 is for?
    what kind of usage incurs the extra charges in general?
