    I am on the simplicity unlimited calls plan at €10 per month.
    I topped up by €10 on both the 4th and 18th of December.
    I have made one call to an 089 number lasting 23 mins on 3rd Jan but, was charged €6.76 and 3 texts @23c each, I now find my balance at €.86 . Is this correct.
