Again, it’s not for you to be ‘reasonable’ about. You said it’s not about anyone just to cover yourself. It was clearly about my comment which I told you was a joke. I apologise to anyone who took offence, but it was genuinely meant with no malice at all.

No one is taking pot shots at you. Through out the thread there have been jokes about sexuality and gender, I have addressed the ones I thought were a tad shady. Most of them were grand and a laugh and wouldnt be offensive.
No need for the indignation.

I don't wish to stir the pot here but I genuinely don't see how a joke about a transsexual can be construed as homophobic.
I didn't laugh at the joke (it was a tad in bad taste) but certainly didn't take offence.
Either way can we not make it such a huge issue please?
I enjoy the craic in here. If you don't enjoy a joke just scan on past it.

It wasnt a hanging crime....the jokes were a bit shady and slightly in bad taste.
Perfectly acceptable given the subject matter to say if you fell it is so imo.
Doesnt deflect from the thread unless you anyone wants to make a HUGE issue of it.

I'm the same Colly. I'm of the mindset that deliberately leaving a cohort of society out of the joke due to percieved sensitivities is more discriminating than anything else. I'll treat them the same as I would any other and I know if I had trans mates I would probably rip the plss in good spirits like I do all my other friends. It's all in good humour and Gizmo we know there was no malice in your comment!
