Hey guys and gals

My bedroom door has been causing me some issues and I think I need a carpenter to come have a look at it. The floor has expanded over the last little bit to the point now that the door won't close properly, like the door is too low/the floor has risen.

So I thinkI need a carpenter to come out and shave a slice off the bottom of the door (this is what's been recommended as the easiest solution). Would anyone be able to recommend me someone to come have a looksie?
