    My thinking going into the Spurs game without Kane is that, even if he scores, the people that have him might be relying on cheaper defenders including a Burnley player, thus wiping out the clean sheet.

    Spot on. Kane is just too expensive when you can upgrade a Naughton to a Otamendi for the extra odd couple of million for example. If he was on fire like he was at White Hart Lane then fair enough, but yeah.

    No Kane affords me Otamendi, Alonso, DeGea and Christensen in defence. 3/3 cleanses so far.

    Yes but I've Pickford, Kenny and Naughton in defence and have 2/3 CSs with those lads costing considerably less. Had Duffy not been suspended, I would have had 3/3 so far too.

    Nice. I'll be banking next GW to bring him in for the DGW, but after that he's out again. Premium mids/def are the way to go at the moment IMO with wing backs the norm and the likes of Sterling & Salah essentially playing as strikers.

    Looking through my league no major damage done but again no ground gained and 10/15 pts lost on most
    That was the price of captaining sane
    That was my mistake. Signing sterling over aguero was probably the correct move . CaptaIning sane was not
