Old bottle of Jamaican rum

I have recently found four bottles of rum in my attic. The lable has a sea man on the front and it says fine old Jamaica rum. It is a black bottle with a white screw on cap. Similar bottles are said to be from the 1950s. Any ideas when this rum is from how much it’s worth and who it’s made by?

Very similar except the cap is white and there are a few differences in the photo in the label

Both of those photos were taken from thewhiskeyexchange.com so I'd email them with a photo and see if they know.
