Can I change address bar height in any browser?

I'd like to lure my mum from Apple to an android tablet but the stumbling block is poor vision, she finds the Apple browser address bar text more legible as it has larger, bolder text. I'd like to lure my mum from Apple to an android tablet but the stumbling block is poor vision, she finds the Apple browser address bar text more legible as it has larger, bolder text. Safari address bar is quite small and so is chrome and I can't find a way to change it.
Is there a more customisable browser or am I overlooking how to change this issue in Safari and Chrome etc?

Do you have this option in Android (not browser)? : -

Settings - Accessibility - Display Size

Or in Chrome: -

Settings - Accessibility - Text scaling
