It's a Languedoc wine, which is an area really improving in quality, but sorry, I haven't seen it anywhere. Where did your friend get his?

He drank it in another friend's house and the guy who bought it doesn't remember where it came from.

I did a quick google for it and the hits seem to be independent off licences and drink stores in the UK.

Supervalu under their 'Rare Vineyards' range stock a Malbec from the Languedoc which I have heard good things about:

That may well do the trick. I think he wants to give it as a Christmas present to a few people as well as keep some for himself. Thanks!

My missus loves that wine too. We got it in a carry out here in Waterford. If you go to any carry out they will either have it or order it for you. No one else stocks it apparently, it drove me insane trying to get it for her.
