Sticky Bar not working

Anyone have any idea why the sticky bar doesn't work sometimes? Seems to happen in both Chrome and Firefox, but it does seem limited to me work laptops. Anyone have any idea why the sticky bar doesn't work sometimes? Seems to happen in both Chrome and Firefox, but it does seem limited to me work laptops.

It also seems to appear/disappear when i click on the message box, to type an update. Click in, and it scrolls down the page. Click out and it scrolls back up, as if the bar is appearing/disappering depending on where i click.

I've tried checking/unchecking the sticky bar, and reinstalled the browser as well. No luck.

Are you by any chance using a device with a touch screen?

I am, and as per your next suggestion, i disabled it and it's working perfectly. Never even though of that.

Hated the touch screen anyway :P
