Looking fwd to hearing Wanderer's thoughts on the latest PW developments. Miriam v Oakley etc. Who's the 'baddest'..

I actually am really enjoying the latest twist- these groups can be so dangerous because they cleverly prey on peoples deepest fears and exploit the vulnerable. Just look how quickly Emmet caved in and rushed over to Manson, hugging her and pathetically whimpering how much he needs her. These people are putty for someone like Manson, and they will now do ANYTHING for Manson.

The Hannah story did kill the pace though, they have a bit of making up to do but yes, a cult in FC is an original story and its 100 times more entertaining that Paul vs Niamh or Raymond and Kerri Ann!

Ah, Jaysis, I'm getting too old for this Mondo /Kerri-Anne rubbish. It's doing my head in.

On Sunday, towards the end of the show, Mondo said : "Kerri-Anne, we can't go on like this. You're married to Decco. You made commitments and promises. This will have to stop"

Tonight, at the end of the show, Kerri-Anne said : " Mondo, we can't go on like this. I'm married to Decco and I made promises and commitments to him. We have to stop this. "
And the, ahem, 'writers' get paid for this load of bollix?
Jaysis, I've seen my grandkids come home from crèche with their little play 'scripts' that made more sense than this.
And the worst part is that we'll have to go through probably another two weeks of this crap.
And I'm almost ashamed to say that, recently, I begged at least two people on here not to stop watching, I even said it can't get any worse. (!)
Well, it just goes to show that I know fcuk all about anything.....

Also, Mondo and Decco "best friends"?

I must have missed that development. considering they were hardly in any scenes together prior to this stupid affair.

I meant to post that before they used not really get on in the past and for some reason Decco gave him a job and then I thought they sort of tolerated one another but best friends is a bit much!

They have to be best friends for effect.

I think Kerrianne should dump Decco as it seems that until he found this present he had never texted her before.

Also, she religiously calls Mondo Raymond but has no problem with abbreviating her husbands name.

Was Mondo not one of Decco's best men at the wedding?

Nail on the head Coolhull. My god it's awful. So much back and forth. It's like every new episode completely forgets what happened previously. Every episode for a week now is Mondo/Kerri-Ann: Yes, No, Yes, No, Yes, No, Yes, No, Yes, No, Yes, No.

I think he will get done for drug smuggling and then Kerri Ann won't have to tell him about the affair.

    "Dont say that word"

Katy said she was moving in with Charlotte, but isn't Charlotte in Spain at the moment?

I thought it was Charlotte who moved in with Katy while Katy was living in Ciarans apartment...and then Charlotte went to Spain.

Ah sure lets all live in Ciarans apartment...obviously the Gardai or someone just gave them the never ending use of the apartment....presumably rent free. They can hardly pay Ciaran.

The attention to detail in this soap is shocking

I somehow don't think that the affair will kill Decco, (Kerri Ann's words). I think Decco will kill Mondo. Honestly, you'd think Mondo would just run away when KAs husband is an ex con with an even bigger ex con family. And all this happens with Decco's mother looking on from the picture frame on the mantle piece!

On another potential love triangle, for the first time ever I agree with Wayne. Damo and Hayley are just NOT happening! That spark that Orla sees is obviously in her imagination because she sees Damo as a handsome roide.

And back to Mondo. He must be in Panto soon so I'm guessing this storyline will end soon. Or at least pause for a bit!!!!

The group has me totally confused. Who are the good guys?

The chosen one Hannah is messiah :p

It really is getting more confusing

I'm hoping now that they've given us the Mondo and Kerri Ann affair, there'll be nothing happening between Damo and Orla. Only one affair allowed I'm hoping.

My mother was out last night and Dr Oakley was sitting on his own in a hotel bar on the quays. Apparently he got approached numerous times by people asking to join Phoenix Way....

Haha I hope he has a good sense of humor. I remember when we were kids on holidays in Kerry, there was a Fair city actor staying next to us and he was involved with Shelly, the woman who had an affair with Harry, we used always ask him about Shelly, I say we annoyed the sh*t out of him.

Two rival Phoenix Way cults is certainly an interesting twist.

Not sure how Miriam's one can get far without any premises or health / healing place to act as a front for it though?

That's still there (Eoghan mentioned it on Thursday to Katy). Wasn't she the general manager of the arcade?

That would be Damien and Laura's younger brother (played by the singer Ryan O'Shaughnessy when we last saw him).

Cal Kenealy played him from around 2010 on. Ryan O'Shaughnessy (X factor etc) was the original Mark. Played him from age 9 through the murder of Tess Halpin by Marty Halpin.

I remember he had "the rage" the last time he was in it and was showing violent tendancies.....wonder if he'll be the same or will the writers have forgotten all about it?

Also wonder why Laura never moved back into the house with Damien? Its her house but she's off paying rent around the corner!
