    OP I think you are grieving and you could probably do with talking to someone
    can you take some time off work at all?Setting aside everything else about life, you need to work on yourself first.Give yourself time maybe go to your GP and see if they can recommend someone or if your Dad was in a hospice, call the hospice and see can they point you towards some services.
    The other stuff will come in time, but you need some help first.
