I'm going to building a new PC in the new year for the first time. I was just wondering what's the best computer shops in Dublin for buying parts price wise or am I better off buying online. Also does anyone know of any computer shops in Dublin ? that would test a video card to see if its faulty

Buy online; the only PC parts shop in Dublin is Maplin's and their prices are worse than you can imagine.
In fact, buy from the UK while the Pound is down
