    He was let go last Christmas , wasn’t rated .. big as u18 but didn’t grow much more and had poor skill .. now plays for nuig u20s

    Connacht run a talent identification program for u17-19 that’s what most them u18s are on .. premeergast, laheen, winnett, mccormack the only u18s involved in sub academy last summer

    Jack omahony from glenstal is starting with Connacht sub academy on Monday

    they are all in third level if out of school and isn't really any thing such as a full time AIL player(*bar a small few exceptions*)

    Niall Murray will get academy at end of year imo , Cian huxford,lomas , Colm Reilly , jack omahony and Callum torpey all in Ireland u19 camp this week

    Jack O'Sullivan at 6'2.

    Connacht trying to sign Caelan Doris from leinster academy as long term replacement for Muldoon. Doris a Mayo man originally, but went to Blackrock College and has lived in Dublin for years now.

    How likely would you say it'd be at this stage? Lots of talent to get through at Leinster. Presume it'd be a senior contract to get him.

    no idea... prob staying at leinster if they offer him a senior deal, but wouldn't surprise me to see him go either.

    well he is only 19, has come close to making his debut for leinster a few times.. i'd expect him to probably make his debut at some stage this season and then get offered a senior contract for next season.

    will that be enough to keep him in leinster? no idea.

    Who would be rated higher himself or deegan? Suppose a lot would depend on heaslip a fitness too

    rated similarly.. obviously Deegan a bit ahead due to being a year and a half older.
