    Ah, don't look at it like that, use the word discussion rather than debate :) when relaying experiences.

    I'm sure theres room for discussion on the consequenses and effects of weather.
    what local authorities do about flooding for instance, now theres a debate.
    Need I mention global warming?

    Not to mention the Kyoto protocol, now theres room for debate.
    And lots more.
