Hi all, im really down and need to talk. Im in a job 3 months and i dont know what to do, im meeting my targets but theres a guy wjo has taken a disliking to me and theres an athmosphere now. The manager spoke to me and said im too quiet but thats just me, at what point do you give up?

if they feel your personality isnt a good fit for the company then that can be a basis for letting you go.
