Does anybody know if it's easy / possible to take your account OUT of a family group and into another family group? Or even just use it as an individual account again?

When your 12months are up and not renewed, your account will revert to individual free account.

Or you could contact the Head of your existing family to remove you and then you can be added by the head of a new family.

Thanks - the problem is that the only method I have of contacting the 'Head' is via Boards PM and he appears to have either closed his account or is not accepting PMs. Ideally, I'd like to just re-up with him (if he was doing it again) as it would be easiest.

Ah yes. I think when the family sub expires that you just revert back to a standard (free) account and are free to do what you will with it.

Are any family heads having trouble seeing who their “kids” are? I can see all the spots are filled but it just says “active user” beside each one. I want to contact them to see if they want to renew but can’t see their details.

I renewed them last week and it had their email when I clicked on it. Checked again and it's now blank, well two of them anyway.
But, if you click into it, their user name is in the URL at the end, should help see who's who.
