XP Problem

For the past 2 days when I connect to the net this box (see attached picture) appears and my computer automatically restarts, it's getting very annoying. What can I do to stop it? Any help is greatly appreciated! I'm lost :( mfield

Thanks for the link seamus. PC at home has it - downloaded the patch last night but still have to get it removed.
