But buffy doesn't have tasks does she? why would that be an alpha task?

Well Mary is a wolf so that's handy, I don't think its a task though just misdirection.

This is why I hate games with tasks in them. It dominates the discussion and nothing else is talked about. We have nothing to go on for the lynch tonight apart from these 2 posters who have put something in their first posts.

But typically, Day One turns into a blind vote anyway.

Tasks like this, spotted messages like this, are more concrete than picking on two people for what we imagine is rehearsed conversation, right?

As it stands, we've got two people who put messages out quickly that they are Buffy. We know one of them, at least, has to be bull****ting. Is that not a more solid foundation upon which to discuss things?

If you've got other theories, float them and see what happens.

But I don't think it's a lead though. The only players to have tasks are the alpha wolf and the serial killer. I don't think either of them would've been as blatent. I think we would've been informed if the alpha task failed and I don't think the flavour text in the munch this morning means anything. We'll see if Adam gets to convert Prof Walsh after/at the lynch though. But there's nothing we can really do about that now.
I think 2 villagers tried to pull heat on to themselves by awkwardly claiming the buffy role early in the game. That is after all what villagers are there for. I don't think they're off the hook but I don't think they should be candidates for the lynch tonight.

I didnt, I sat on it when I spotted it yesterday.

But when Angus mentioned the First Evil might be claiming Buffy, as they appartently did in the TV show, it got me thinking that maybe I caught an Alpha.
