The place is ridiculous. Between Carol and Robbie being rude or violent (she gave one of the customers a serious shove the other night while she was stumbling around) and the regular awkward drunken toasts to Lorcan, there's no way people would still go there!

true but maybe that's classed as the nights entertainment to them up in Dublin :D ...

This should have happened at the conclusion of the main storyline involving this person.

My guess is that they decided to leave because
Clelia's daughter is now college age and therefore may not be as financially dependent on her mother anymore.

Maybe he/she has read all the criticism on here!

If she's not killed off onscreen she'll be back within a year with a new haircut and a secret that will give us at least six months of filler episodes.

She won't be killed off because it said she could return.

I remember years ago only rich parents kids went to College .. I have a daughter in college at the moment and her parents are as rich as a pauper (ok a bit of an exaggeration - but we are not rich)

I should've worded that better I think. I meant that the girl is now old enough that her mother can do her own thing, if that makes sense.

Fair City seem to be trying to replace one red head with another and i don't think it's much of an upgrade.

I'm thinking along the same lines but her chat about the army tonight makes me wonder. If it were Dan she was curious about I'd be thinking she's the daughter of the man he hurt in the army.

Sure we'll give her 22 years to see how the character develops!

please dont tell me that Karen is Robbies daughter... we already had a similar storyline when Nora was snooping around asking questions and getting cleaning work in the station and looking through his things.....
turned out she was his Mother
plus karen has been around for a while now..

I like the way Orla sent Wayne off in the afternoon to drink with Damo. Then she arranged to meet Carol in the evening.

We then see Carol and Orla heading into McCoys with Carol half cut so they’ve been drinking for a while. Next scene is Wayne meeting Damo in the station.

Just to make the timeline more confusing Orla is wearing a sparkly dress like she’s in a club but it must be before 7 as Kevin hasn’t started work yet.

Speaking of Kevin he pointedly called Hughie Hughie when thanking him for the tickets but called him Dad later when giving him the tickets.

And speaking of Hughie, thinks seem to be going great with Jackie all of a sudden. She was breaking down the last time they had a drink but suggested to Wheelie Dan that she’s all loved up now. More drama seems to happen off screen while we have the pleasure of watching christiano and Kerri-Anne repeat the same conversation over and over again..

Kerri Ann just twists everything Deco says around. In fairness Deco says some fairly naff things but his heart is in the right place. KA just twists everything and Deco is constantly in the bad books.

Sash must have offloaded the kids she was minding, missed that.
