These are meant to be great shorts. Please note they ship out of Singapore so very likely to be hit for customs duty plus VAT @ 23%

I just used a code from my Strava Premium to get £15 off at wiggle. Check the 'premium perks' section of your app for your own unique individual code. (It's listed in dollars as $20 off $100 at wiggle).

So I got some 105 5800 cranks for ~£69. Not bad.

If you're a Platinum member on Wiggle, your discount has risen from 12% to 17% until Oct 19

Everything on wiggle seems have gone up over the last week or two. I'd be expecting a sale coming up soon, I get the platinum discount and stuff I was looking at last week is a fair bit more this week. I'd hold off, I'd say they are getting the prices ready to drop for black Friday and that at the end of the month and November.

I saw that too, looking at a Tacx Neo, still cheaper than anywhere else though

Probably gearing up for Black Friday promo. The discounts everywhere are normally no different than promotions at another times of the year. Just 'Gerrymandering' the sales price to conform to legislation.

If you have Ireland and GBP selected it’s £10.49. Ireland and Euro its €11.99. So I’m not sure if that means you have to deliver to the likes of Parcel Wozard to get it at the lower price. If it does it’s still a bargain to get them delivered to the south for the £10.49 but not just as good.

Apologies, I had UK/GBP selected after shopping for some helmets... norn' barstewards!

yes, looks like you need PM etc. And it does look like it is due to VAT, the UK RRP is 24.99 and Irish is 30.99. At 23% VAT 24.99 is 30.74.

I have mentioned this before, many just think of helmets, food can be a grey area. If you have powered glucose with a image of a baby on the front, or a cake, then its zero VAT here. Picture of a lad cycling or lifting weights on the same pack and its 23%.

    Same with whey protein powder.

In another thread someone got a VAT refund from amazon.co.uk after they charge VAT on milk powder.

I've been scouring B&M shops around leinster for a deal on a 2017 ultegra super six in my size (54) and this is far and away the best price I can find. Evans is even a few hundred quid more.

Has anyone used 'wheelbase' before? Anything to be worried about before I pull the trigger?

That's a proper bargain! I'd imagine wiggle are going to spot my order soon, and turn that code off against that "light" :)

Elemnt Bolt bundle (GPS unit plus HRM, speed, cadence) is back in stock on wiggle. Got a friend to order it for me with his Platinum discount (17% currently) which made it ~€245 if you pay in GBP. It's over €300 elsewhere.

    http://www.wiggle.co.uk/wahoo-elemnt-bolt-gps-cycling-computer-bundle/

Opted for this over the Garmin 520 because of its black and white screen being easier to read. Plus it's black!

This is effectively off topic. They are not offering a special deal on that item.

Wiggle are charging €300 for it, same as elsewhere.

You are exploiting some discount that gives you 17% off anything. Might aswell post a wetsuit or pair of running shoes that you can get the 17% off too.

To be pedantic if you put it in GBP as op stated it's €291 :D

And you might as well have just said that the 17% discount will work on all items and left it at that, instead of being sarcastic and knocking the guy for posting a bargain that he felt he got.

The idea of this thread is highlight deals for specific items that other Boards.ie users may wish to avail of.

He is using someone else's account, in all likelihood against the spirit and letter of the terms and conditions of Wiggle.com, and it really does not matter what the item is.

Unless we can all avail of the 17% discount legitimately, it is off-topic.

Or if you're a strava premium member you get a discount code for wiggle - use this code and the price is €77.44.

I also tried to use BeSeen1 but it only accepts one code per order!
