I would like to make some products mostly from wood is there any company or recourse that will help with any h and s regulations or requirements stuff like what paints must be used proper labelling what kind of woods cant be used allergy requirements if needed small parts issues how do you go about finding all this info

If its crafts, then the Design & Crafts Council of Ireland would be a good place to start http://www.dccoi.ie/

Otherwise your Local Enterprise Office - check local county council for details.
