    Need to engage a solicitor for a house sale .. usual bits to be done, convaying , stamp, title search etc . Trying to avoid the big boys as they seem to charge a fortune T.I.A

    Yes of course I can phone around , and have done but the reason for posting was for a recommendation.

    I used Kieran Mccarthy (Lapps quay) twice
    They were recommended to me.
    Can't remember what I paid them, but would recommend.
