Ah no! The breakfast of champions is - Porridge followed by two sausages, two rashers, black and white pudding, poached/fried egg, hash brown, mushrooms, beans and toast. Big mug of tea too. Once in a blue moon like and I mean that!

Tried eating my beef and black bean but I didn't like it .. so for dinner I had a ham sandwich made from Brennan's bread with Cheese and Onion Tayto (dry bread I absolutely hate butter and mayonnaise) and a mug of tae.

I made homemade chips for the first time since I left Ireland. Haven't been able to find a deep fat fryer anywhere so just bought a big saucepan today and wire spoon thingy. They weren't amazing as I don't think I got the oil hot enough but they weren't bad.

Had them with fried onions and Japanese curry sauce which is as close to Irish chip shop/chinese curry.

    Stuffed.

Pretty sure I had the most delicious sandwich in the world for lunch.

2 slices of granary bread lightly toasted. Buttered (kerrygold of course) loads of crispy smoked streaky rashers, a scraping of roasted red pepper relish, then toasted on the George Forman for a couple of minutes.

    Un.Real.
