parking ticket waterford city

i got a parking ticket on the street i live i have a permit the city changed the parking to taxi rank i was told it was only at night time so parked there but now have a parking ticket i appealed but was refused but yet there are cars parked there all day and sometimes at night but dont get tickets i think the ones giving…

I think you need to look at the date the account was set up, so NO he didn't.
