I would like to know what the best UX Research Course in Ireland... But I accept suggestion about on-line course too.

It's not part of a series, but these types of meetups do happen occasionally hosting by various groups. Keep an eye on sites like Eventbrite and Meetup.

I recommend online courses because there is an option to repeat it if you don't understand something and it will be much cheaper, you can also read reviews of courses like that. https://www.lynda.com/User-Experience-training-tutorials/97-0.html is from my point of view one of the best source of online courses

I know that this is post is a little old, but I might be able to offer some useful tips for those those starting out. I posted something about this on my site today, but here’s a summary for those who like brevity:

Read the books
About Face by Alan Cooper & Designing for the Digital Age by Kim Goodwin are excellent places to start. 3rd edition of About Face can be bought very cheaply off Amazon.

Practice
EdX offer a free UX course that is broken into modules that include research projects. You can pay for accreditation at the end too.

Get familiar with the tools
The current industry standard for screen design is Sketch. You can see a host of the prototyping tools over at Cooper.

Go to events
Lots in Dublin. You can find ones close to you on meetup and eventbrite. The IXDA ones are excellent.
