Pure guess based on the clues :(

    What connects
The artist who created The Persistence of Memory.
The Mexican who led the 1910 to 1920 Mexican Revolution.
    And
The animal with the carpenter in a Lewis Carroll poem?

The Mexican who led the 1910 to 1920 Mexican Revolution.
    And
    Lewis Carroll

Pancho Villa married (Maria) Luz Corral. Luz Corral/Lewis Carroll sound kinda the same. :)

If only I could have worked some surrealism into the mix I would have had the perfect answer.

    I'm older than Minecraft goats.

In Dali's The Persistence of Memory there are a number of timepieces, how many are depicted?

Which animal drinks but does not urinate?.
This was on Jerry Ryan years ago.

    It depends on the definitions.

Koalas urinate but usually don't drink. Birds do not have a urethra, do not produce urea, so by definition don't urinate.
